- Turn off lights when not in use. This is the first that comes to mind, but is also one of the easiest ways to save!
- Did you know that washing your clothes with unnecessarily high heat can be costing you money? 90% of the energy it takes to power a washing machine comes from heating the water. Switching to a warm setting can slice energy usage by half. Better yet, use the cold cycle!
