- Don’t take your switchboard images from too far away
- Don’t take a photo too close of only your meter, we need to be able to read the NMI number.

Correct orientation, clear and easy to read text with good lighting. Make sure your address is visible. Ideally we’d like to see the NMI (National Meter Identifier) number and Meter Number (one with the most usage, if more than one) too.
Too blurry
We can’t use blurry images sadly. Make sure your images are nice and clear.
Cut off / poor lighting
Make sure the image isn’t cut off and is straight and taken in good lighting.
