What does the SunPlus Plan cover?
Everything to make your system work properly! We’re responsible for maintenance, monitoring, service and equipment replacement for the whole system throughout the plan.
You can think of this like a full system warranty and insurance – if the panels or batteries stop delivering power to your home, we will fix it at our cost, and your monthly payments will be credited for the days the system wasn’t working properly. This policy is there to give you peace of mind so that you can be 100% confident in your switch to solar and battery power for your home.
What if the system stops working?
If your panels aren’t making as much power as we said they would when you signed up, or your battery is storing power properly, we will fix it at our cost and credit you back for the days the system wasn’t working. It’s part of the 100% system performance guarantee that comes with the SunPlus Plan.
Do the monthly payments ever go up?
No they do not, they stay the same the whole time you are on the SunPlus Plan. This is so that you can enjoy a fixed, stable cost of power that you can rely on month after month. As power prices keep going up, you just save more and more each year!
What does 100% system performance guarantee mean?
You can think of this like a full system warranty and insurance – if the panels or batteries stop delivering power to your home, we will fix it at our cost, and your monthly payments will be credited for the days the system wasn’t working properly. This policy is there to give you peace of mind so that you can be 100% confident in your switch to solar and battery power for your home.
What happens at the end?
You can either buy the system outright for $1 or you can continue on the SunPlus plan by extending it into a continuing plan at that time.
Can I purchase my system outright before the term is up?
Yes you can, and at a fair price. To get the buyout price, you just take the cost of the system when you signed up and take 10% off each year you are on the SunPlus plan. That way, you can start saving on your power bills straight away, and if you ever do want to buy the system out you can do so at a discounted price down the track.
Can I expand the system or get it upgraded down the track?
Yes you can, and it’s really easy to do so. No extra application, just let us know how many panels or batteries you want to add and we will just update your monthly payment accordingly.
